Neomend, Inc. received PMA approval to market Progel Pleural Air Leak Sealant in the U.S. in January of 2010, and since then the product has been used in tens of thousands of surgical procedures nationwide. A recombinant formulation of Neomend’s Pleural Air Leak Sealant, Progel Platinum Surgical Sealant, received CE Mark in 2010 and is currently available in the European market.
