Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager


Responsible for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of Manufacturing Engineering and Facilities, including determining and reviewing of manufacturing processes, coordinating all engineering releases, and all facilities activities relating to construction, qualification and maintenance of the clean room, warehouse and office areas. Interfaces with QA and R&D Engineering.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5 years supervisory experience within the medical device industry


Account Managers for the Orange County-CA, Sacramento, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Boston, Hartford, Rochester/Buffalo, New Orleans, San Antonio, and Jacksonville Territories


Responsible for selling and servicing ProGEL™ to the thoracic surgery market in hospitals performing lung resection surgery within the assigned territory. Anticipated start date is September 2010.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • 8-10 years surgical sales experience
  • Must have experience in medical device industry (service or technology)
  • Must have good driving record with ability to travel within the designated territory

Process Engineer


Works with R&D and Operations to develop new manufacturing and test processes for product development, and related equipment, and supports transfer of processes into manufacturing.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent through job experience.
  • 10 years of R&D/manufacturing experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to design and build fixtures and test equipment.

Director, Manufacturing


Responsible for all manufacturing activities at the operating level with focus on achieving effective and efficient use of facilities and personnel as well as conformance to schedules and budgets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering major preferred).
  • 10 years of experience in Operations management.
  • Strong materials management experience preferred.
  • Aseptic filling experience preferred.
